With the escalating severity of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak globally, I wanted to assure you that Tranter is firmly committed to continuously supporting our customers, while ensuring the safety of our employees.
All of our factories and service centers in North America, South America, Europe and China are currently open with ability to respond quickly to customers’ needs.
Tranter is following local guidelines all over the globe to assure the health of our employees. Additionally strict policies on business travel, hygiene practice and social distancing have been implemented along with the establishment of a work-from-home policy.
Tranter will monitor the global situation and adjust as necessary to ensure a continuously high service level to our customers across the world.
