Twelve (12) Platecoil® platens that are used in commercial serpentine ovens are being finalized before heading to the customer. These robust, plug welded platens feature die-formed channels and equally spaced plug welds which eliminate compiling, thermal stresses that reduce life expectancy of conventional resistance- or laser-welded products. Having a multitude of design configurations and over 300 different sizes makes Platecoil ideally suited for the food and beverage industry.
