Servicing a plate heat exchanger ON-SITE can be challenging, especially if it’s a big heat exchanger with over 400 plates. But that’s not a problem for Tranter’s experienced and well-equipped field service crews. In the pics below, our crew is performing our standard on-site service: opening the unit, power washing the plates and inspecting them, checking and replacing gaskets as necessary, closing and pressure checking the unit.
