Several large curved Platecoil® panels that are used for a food and beverage application are currently being welded. The Platecoil panels are precisely curved to fit a certain tank diameter before heading out to the customer. Platecoil units are perhaps best known as immersion-type, in-tank or as clamp-on heaters for maintaining product temperatures in tanks.
