Several Clamp-on style Platecoil® pieces are headed to south Texas to heat a large vessel. They are specially painted with a Carvozinc primer and are curved to fit the outer diameter of the vessel. Platecoil can be furnished as clamp-on jackets for fabricating jacketed reactors or upgrading existing vessels quickly and easily. Clamp-on Platecoil® ensure no cross contamination of the heating/cooling media with the process fluid due to the connections and the heat transfer media being totally external of the vessel.
